Timely Events offers two primary services—special event planning and travel accommodations. Both services are offered separately or can be incorporated into various packages. We can happily create an individualized package to accommodate your specific needs. Prior to creating a service agreement, we will need to conduct a preliminary consultation to gain a greater understanding of the event, your expectations and the budget.
The specific services you can chose from include:
- Venue and location selection
- Selection of caterer, florist, photographer, disc jockey,
musicians, videographer, printer, seamstress & clergy
- Menu, music and floral specifications.
- Creation of party favors and give-aways
- Table set up, center pieces, place cards, etc.
- Invitations and other printing needs
- Program development, order of services
- Travel and hotel accommodations
These services are available for any type of special event ranging from small family gatherings to large corporate events. Once you have identified the specific services you are interested in, we will create a few options for you to choose from. While we are committed to giving each client the best price available, please keep in mind that prices are based upon demand, the time of year, the number of guests as well as the required amount of time for our consultants.
